INTRODUCTION
This Webpage is designed for collecting information of people who is willing to attend our Halloween Party. It is convenient for us to contact our participants and screen out people of inappropriate age in final database.
HOW WE ACHIEVE IT？

Firstly, create a box with padding and define the size of box in css and put some label and button in this way.

Secondly, input the data from the html file in the js file.

Then, connect our database.

Finally, store the acquired data in the database.

This image shows the information we wrote in the front-end.

After clicking 'Submit', the information can be easily preserved in database.
